Retail Shipping Policy

Green Envee Wholesale customers should refer to shipping policy within their wholesale account.

  • We only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii & Alaska.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more and a flat rate shipping fee of $5 on orders under $50.

  • Shipments are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days of being placed. In certain circumstances such as holidays and due to factors out of our control, shipping time may be increased.

  • We strongly encourage customers to keep track of package tracking to ensure accuracy and a timely manner of delivery .

Retail Return Policy

Not all skin is equal and finding the right skincare isn’t always easy, so please do not hesitate to chat with us online.

To process your return, please email us at or call (888) 800-5772. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm CST (excluding holidays). Specific instructions along with a Credit Note will be provided to you via email which you will need to include in your return.

Green Envee’s return policy only applies to retail customers buying on Green Envee Wholesale customers should refer to returns policy within their wholesale account.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the day you received it to receive a full refund minus shipping costs.

  • You must include the product name and order number (from confirmation email) for us to process your return.

  • You will be responsible for shipping the product back to Green Envee.

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) we will initiate the refund process.

  • All items(s) must be returned in original packaging.

  • Items purchased from our spa partners and not directly from are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

  • The return will be processed to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card or paypal).

  • Green Envee is not responsible for lost returns.

  • Green Envee reserves the right to inspect returned items and refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.

  • Returns received without the provided credit note will be delayed/declined for returns and/or exchange.
